I have the same issue. I can log into Tal-Kasha with all accounts expect this one. Don't know how to fix the problem.
Can you try changing your Launcher settings to connect to server choice, as opposed to connecting to character selection or directly to the game?
To access these settings, click the gear icon in the Launcher located under the Play button. In the General settings section, there's a drop down next to "Connection." Select "...to server choice" there. Let us know if that changes anything.
On their Twitter for DOFUSfr:
"Good evening dear adventurers of the World of Twelve, The on-call team is in the process of solving the incident on the connection servers blocking entry into the game. The players currently in the game are not affected. Thank you for your reports!"
I havent been able to log for over 4 hours......
yet again a clear, for the whole world to see, indication that they inform only the FR community but not other language communities VITAL information of something that is impacting a service WE PAY FOR theres NOTHING on the other language Twitter accounts, or Facebook or even the forums.
