After maintenance I need to download the full game... (more than 4GB)

Good afternoon,

I don't know why but quite frequently, every time there is a maintenance, the launcher wants to download the whole game again (that means more than 4G )instead of just the update.

I can guarantee if you have a slow connection, it's not ideal and frankly quite frustrating...

That happened on my old laptop and today on my new one.
At the moment I am using a MacBook with OS Ventura 13.5.2.

Is there a way to prevent this?

As this issue would require more detailed investigation, I invite you write a ticket to the Support team including your machine's details and OS so they can assist you.
Joining the launcher logs would also be a great help. You can find instructions on how to retrieve the launcher logs here.
