Dragoturkey Breeding and the Mono Retro server.

Just a question.
Is it impossible to breed dragoturkeys in the Public paddocks without assistance from a friend?
The current price of paddocks on Boune is anywhere from 92m to 660m for a private paddock so most guilds don't have any chance of purchasing one.
