I mean, that player still isn't banned. If Ankama won't ban the perfect case of a multilogger, either they're personally supporting that multilogger, either they won't ever ban a multilogger in AvA conflict.
I don't think they're giving him the benefit of the doubt and thinking "Oh, it must be a happy group of friends that always connect at the same ours to do stuff together. Oh, and likes to reply to each other's messages".
Ankama staffs are not made of 7 years old, they're not dumb and naive.
Unfortunately, they are also not omnipotent who knows everything in an instant.... Maybe they just don't have the manpower with the right skill set to ensure that all the server is monitored adequately... They barely have enough manpower to ensure that nobody quote recent post.

My suggestion: Just contact support that's what it's there for customer service.

After reading through this thread I still can not understand why none of you have taken the effort to message support about your issues! It really doesn't take as much time as you think it might, just go on Click here and click on 'Contact Us' then choose your concern. If you have anymore questions let me know and I would be more then willing to help.
If the two of you have only taken more effort into reading previous posts (as well as other threads that was closed down), you'll both realize that a lot of players already did messaged and reported to support as well as Mods and CMs not just once but countless of times for years.
It is not... It is a new game set in the same Dofus universe. It is more like Krosmaga and Krozmaster. It's most likely gonna be a mobile game since new/young generation of gamers are more into mobile gaming. I think they plan to make it more like a Dofus version of Final Fantasy Tactics where you control your own team and each character can be change into any class.

They want to make it into a legit e-sport so they are going to be developing it along those lines, not aiming it at young folks specifically.

Dofus is the one that they are aiming to be an e-sport, not Dofus 3.
This year, Dofus change the annual Goultarminator Tournament into a series of tournament (with actual monetary reward), wherein the winners of each tournament will qualify for the grand tournament, hence e-sport. Dofus 3 is Ankama's attempt to take a bite on the $46.1 billion mobile games global market.
That's not the objective of Dofus 3 and you should like, read what that objective is via the information we've been offered that I know you know how to find, instead of derailing the thread.
What company would openly say that their objective is to earn money. They would all say that their objective is something more than earning money like "to spread their art" or "for world peace".
And I am not derailing the thread, I am merely answering questions (and correcting misconceptions) of previous posters that pops up in the thread. If you want to accuse anyone of derailing the thread, then accuse those who brought up Dofus 3 into the thread.
AFAIK, Dofus 3 would be a mobile game that will be made by a new mobile game dev team (could be a 3rd party commissioned by Ankama, not too sure though since I just got that feeling from the way Ankama announcement worded it).

Regarding the multi-logging, annoying, cheating issues:
Just to give you an idea of how seriously the community feels about this situation, as well as how they feel about the other toxic players on Echo (scammers, trashtalkers, etc.), a number of your customers are planning to NOT resubscribe - unless these issues are taken seriously and acted on. You can see some of these players' comments (players who own many accounts each) who have posted above, and we've also heard of many more debating the idea (we have 845 players on our alliance Discord, and this is a hot topic) - that they may not re-sub unless things have changed direction by the time their subs are finished.
With the amount of hoops the community has had to jump through to request any ban (and then sometimes we hear that the ban has been quickly overturned) it creates an unfair system that doesn't meet the needs of your customers. Your customers want to play the game for enjoyment, and are tired of those who try to purposely annoy others in an attempt to take away their enjoyment of the game. They are also tired of watching people being continuously scammed by the same small group of players.
I ask that you think about the community of people who are long-term subscribers (10+ years) and who care about the community and the future of the game. The community WANTS the game to succeed and we want the community to continue to care. But a long-term community like ours needs long-term solutions. Good solutions will encourage people like myself to continue to subscribe for many years.
As for possible solutions to help these issues in the future, I'm sure there are many - just remember that we, as players, are happy to help in any way we can, in order to keep our playing space clear of annoyances.
We hope to hear from the Ankama staff soon, about possible solutions that will help deal with the issues we are facing on our server. All we're asking for right now is a "first step" in the right direction - whether it's opening up discussion with players (like the old "Talk to the Ankama Team" discussions), showing us you are prepared to deal with multi-loggers who may use VPN's and ways to bypass detection, or any other indication that the Ankama Team has heard us, and cares enough about the community that they are willing to try some possible solutions that will help with these issues.
TL;DR Easy fix - Take these issues seriously, begin making some changes, then you have happy customers who are back supporting the game

I wish they could take the money they spend on crappy cartoons/comic books/stupid tournaments and use it to fix server issues for people in countries other than France and actually hire some support staff so that the 'two or three' they have for the international community don't get bogged down and take three weeks to respond to issues.
And also to pay off a couple of youtubers or some crap to advertise so we can get some new blood here (Which is a double edged sword given how toxic /cEng chat is right now)
As much as I love how dead and barren Echo is right now, I still need people around to buy my profession/treasure hunting junk so I can keep subbing until I max every character.
Maybe even add some extra stuff in to keep solo accounters entertained.
