Register and Take Part

To register for the tournament, you need to have a character of level 150 or higher and visit the sign-up page to register your team of 3 different players before Wednesday, January 24 at 11:59 p.m. (CET).

If you will not yet be 18 years old on February 8, 2018, you will need to provide a parental authorization to participate in the tournament. This authorization must be filled out and sent by email to [email protected]. It must be accompanied by a scan of proof of your identity and that of your legal guardian's.

The composition of your team must respect the following criteria:

  • It cannot contain more than one class from the list below:
    • Osamodas
    • Sacrier
    • Xelor
    • Eniripsa
    • Feca

  • The following class pairings are forbidden:
    • Eniripsa/Ouginak
    • Feca/Masqueraider

Class double-ups are also forbidden, of course.

Warning: It is no longer possible to change your class so that you can participate in the tournament, anyone who does so will invalidate their registration. Similarly, you are also not permitted to reserve a server transfer for Tuesdays January 16, 23 or 30.

On the tournament server, you will find a naked copy of your character whose skills will automatically be set at 100 with 995 normal points to redistribute and all of the available special spells. You will have access to a preselected inventory of items with perfect stats and each character will also have a permanent bonus giving them +1 AP, +1 MP, and +1 Range.

What is "a preselected inventory of items". Will you have to select a set during registration before tournament? And what about subsequent rounds - what will you have to do if you want to change set?

Those are great questions! I will check with the team and come back with the information.

When will we get access to the tournament server? And when do we get confirmation that we were accepted?

Would be wonderful if Ankama scheduled fights so people working 9-5's could participate...

Hi everyone!

To answer your questions, the list of the registered teams is available: here.

A few of them had to be renamed to follow the naming rules.

The tournament server is also now accessible, and ready for training to start!

Please do not hesitate to share with us any issues with the server.

HI everyone,

The tournament server had to be restarted due to a problem connection issue for some of our players to the tournament server around 11:50 p.m. CET.

Unfortunately, because a large number of participants didn’t have time to prepare their character (characteristics, mounts), we are forced to cancel the second round of the tournament.

No match results posted for round 2 will be taken into account for the rest of the tournament: no points awarded, no forfeit will be taken into account.

Nevertheless, the smooth running of the tournament will not be affected: round 1 has already been played and 16 more are still planned which will be plenty enough to get our winners.

Round 3 of the tournament will start at 2 p.m. CET on Saturday, February 10th, as indicated in the rules. It will be on map II, but your opponents will not be the same.

We apologize for the issue encountered and are going to investigate it so that it does not happen again. We also understand your disappointment and share it as well.

We understand the feelings shared as they are the same for us and I wanted to share with you more information:

After the investigation, the team found out that it was because of a large load of players on a particular map that created a log error on the server and sent the wrong information back to the game client. In short, this was an error that we had never encountered before even when being used to have a heavy load of players on maps. A fix was implemented on the tournament server and will prevent this situation to happen again.

We also added the following precautions:

  • Participants will now be able to change their character's characteristics during the battle preparation phase. It is nevertheless still necessary to select your mount before the time indicated in the calendar.
  • A new tool is being developed to allow us to massively shift the times of a round already generated, making things a lot more flexible

These changes will allow us, in case of a new incident, to limit its impact on the tournament.

On an extra note, the Pandawa spell Sherpa will be also corrected before the next round on the tournament server and on all the others servers during the next weekly maintenance.

Finally, the next round's timetable of DWS has been generated and available: here!

Hi everyone,

Due to the elimination of two teams (CB4GANG and "Affronte mon regard" ) due to players playing for both teams during the qualifications.

However, in order to limit this practice, and for the sake of fairness between the various participants (championship or not) who can or can not take advantage of loaning characters to train with, we decided to exclude from the server tournament all teams already eliminated from the DWS (forfeit). This will be done today. If you happen to notice anything what you think is an offense, please do not hesitate to contact us for verification.

Following the elimination of CB4GANG, the format of the tournament will change slightly: The winning teams of the two semi-finals will be directly qualified for the championship, and the small final will decide the team that will face TCP CPT in a play-off.

Here is a reminder of the calendar with the small modifications:

  • Saturday February 10th: rounds 12, 13 and 14
  • Sunday February 18th: rounds 15, 16 et 17
  • Thursday February 22nd: 16th of finals
  • Saturday February 24th: 8th of finals
  • Sunday February 25th: quaterfinals
  • Monday February 26th:  semifinal 1
  • Tuesday February 27th: semifinal 2
  • Thursday March 1st: small final
  • Sunday March 4th: play-off
