Answer on Update 2.51 Issues

Hello everyone,

After the Tuesday Update, some issues where detected where players could generate abnormal quantities of XP and resources. We are actually studying those perturbations and analysing the sanctions we will apply to the players who exploited them.

As an example, these are the measures that will be applied for the easy access to the Giant Kralove dungeon: In total, we have 40 players who abused this bug. The player who abused it the most among them, only made it 13 times.

Those players will be sanctioned according to the gravity of their misfit. They will also be deprived of the collected items, the Kamas they eventually generated and also the soul stones.

About the XP issue: we will also sanction the players who abused those bugs. The investigation is ongoing by now.

The impact on the servers economy was negligible, indeed, the generation of value is very limited: we’re talking here of a few hundred thousand Kamas by offender. Those Kamas have been deleted.

The time saved by the XP fault will be offset by the time the account will be penalised. As a result, a player who took no benefit from the situation and played legitimately, will not be passively penalised.

Hello everyone,

We're applying now the sanctions for the abuse of the XP exploit.

Those sanctions gradually increase with the number of exploited combats.

In order to do our validation, a preventive sanction was applied to a certain number of accounts. We're glad to announce that it has been removed for the accounts who didn't abuse the XP exploit. We apologise for the inconvenience.
