[TIMELINE] Vertical Placement

Hello everyone!

In a future update, you will be able to rotate the timeline while in combat.
Buffs will be placed on the left if the timeline is on the right side of the screen, and on the right if the timeline is on the left side of the screen. The same applies from top to bottom.

noice! It will be helpfull sometimes. Only 1 thing left to fix now biggrin , states icone above character during fight.. those marks hiding too much, sometimes even opponent and makes battlefied hareder to read. thats need some rework.
