I agree that it would be nice to have these ceremonial items be applicable to actual mounts in addition to petsmounts, and vice versa. I have a bunch of these skins that I can't use during normal gameplay, because I've never found petsmounts relevant to my equipment needs unlike normal mounts and pets.
