[Tutorial] Twitch Drops

By [Ankama]DOFUS - ADMIN - December 09, 2021, 15:00:00
Twitch Drops are rewards that you can get by watching an official or partner Twitch channel of Ankama and that you can get in-game thanks to your Ankama account.

How to get Twitch Drops?
  1. Log onto your Twitch account.
  2. Win Twitch Drops by watching 100% of the requested time on an official channel or an Ankama partner streamer.
  3. To retrieve your rewards, go to by clicking on "Claim".

It couldn't be easier!

Link your accounts
To receive your Twitch Drops in-game, you must have a Twitch account and an Ankama account. By linking them, your rewards can easily transit between the two.

You can link your two accounts before or after you get your drops from Twitch.
To do this, simply :
  1. Go to and log in to your Ankama account (or log in to your account before going to this page), and
  2. Click on "Connecter un compte Twitch pour lier les deux comptes" (Connect a Twitch account to link the two accounts).

You will only have to do this once!

How to recover your Twitch Drops in an Ankama game?
To get your rewards from all the Ankama and partner streams you have watched, go to: and click on "Débloquer" (Unlock).
Your rewards will then be available in the gift codes space(s) of the game(s) corresponding to the Twitch Drops you won.

The different Ankama gift areas:

All that's left to do is for you to enjoy your reward!

Are Twitch drops only available during the actual live streams (like the one today), can you not gain them from watching a stream video for the first time after it was live? All the streams seem to happen right when I have to go to work sad
I watched the whole Replay [DOFUS] Ankama Live: English Edition video but it was around 8 hours after the stream was live.

EDIT: I get it now, you could only get the drops for Thursday 9th December between Thu, 9 Dec, 15:00 - Thu, 9 Dec, 17:00 GMT and had to watch at least 30 minutes of the stream.
Disappointing as I was at work at the time and only had a chance to watch the stream video 8 hours later = no drops. Would have been nice if the drops had stayed open for at least 12 hours from the start of the stream ohmy

Claiming the rewards was a little confusing for this drop.

I would have expected I'd claim my drop on Twitch (via and then have the gift show up on my pending gifts list on (as it was a Dofus blind box).

Instead, after claiming my drop on, then claim the box on, then open the box on It would be nice if this could be streamlined a bit - keeping track of the specific links I need to visit will be a bit of a hassle if this becomes a common thing.

Thank you!

So, this obviously works on Ankama's own streams, but there were "partnered streams" listed as well - is there a list of partners?

I regret wasting 6 hours of stream viewing for something as insulting as this...
