Couldnt find on the Dev log when was changed the trade of mounts for scroll?

Im sorry i didnt explain myself deeper, Mounts, in retro server, (dragoturkeys, there is no more mounts) were tradeable with an NPC for scroll (Characteristic Scroll, Str, Int, Wis, Cha,Vit and Agi) even xp scroll. on the day that i posted (before the server being down like 24H) when i was able to log in and i tried to trade my mounts, it wasnt happening. Funny enough, somebody else noticed because they did another maintenance right away and i was able again to do it. thanks anyways.
And, after that day reading ALL THE UPTADE LOGS I DIDNT FIND ANYTHING, so i did this post.
