The delay is implemented to avoid flooding, but I understand that in the German community, for example, it might seem excessive and prevent players from successfully assisting one another.
I will forward this feedback to the game team for consideration. However, I cannot make any promises that the delay will be modified.
Thank you for your understanding.

Direct assistance, if its going to be a long exchange to help the person see if you can add them to a group for even quicker communication.
Quickest and easiest solution to this "problem" that has worked for me for over 15 years, also cuts out the possibility of other players trying to be [email protected] $ $ es and give incorrect or stupid responses when someone truly needs help.
If theyre not responding to private messages then put in /c chat "@(persons name) I've sent you a private message to assist" (or something along those lines) so they'll either unblock private messages or turn them on if theyre off.
people like to join in and discuss solutions sometimes, or for example even saying "thank you" is restricted for 300 seconds, why having a community chat at all then?!! ofcourse people also could use discord, teamspeak, telegram, Whatapp, Instagram, snapchat and so on for chatting or maybe play other games where talking in a community chat is not restricted.....all of those is not a solution for my problem
also what about if one just wants to help quickly and/or inform more then 1 person about changes and answer more questions regarding the topic, because there are always some who don´t understand at first. I for example don´t want to change groups every 5 min - but following updates people have questions and want to talk about it, i want to talk and inform the community sometimes and that is what the community chat should be and was for (at least since i started playing in 2008), but now i am not sure what this chat is for if it stays this useless
old flooding restriction was anoying, but it was understandable and we could answer after a while, but this new change now is just absurd and with my post i am adressing ankama and asking for a change, i am NOT asking for a discussion about facts
i would love to see opinions ofc, but i don´t need someone to teach me where and how to chat

i understand that spanish and english are overflooded but i hope ankama is not taking this for a reason to shut the others off, we really apreciate the community chats and as you might know german is very slow, the old restriction against flooding was more then enough
we are so few german players , these restrictions dont help small communities at all , so i guess thanks for forwarding these feedbacks and i hope we get a positive outcome out of it
