Screen size

Can you click on the square icon at the top right of the game window in between the - and the X symbols? The game window works the same as a browser window and can be manually altered.
1 square means it it as full size, to alter click the square to make it smaller/minimised;
2 squares stacked means the window is minimised, but you can manually change the size by hovering your mouse over each side until the <--> icon shows up then you left click and hold and drag that side of the screen to the desired size, same for the top/bottom screen.

If it doesnt let you manually drag the edges to your desired size, you will have to unistall the game and then reinstall it choosing the size that corresponds with your laptops screen size/resolution.

The screen is filled correctly but the characters,icons and everything are too small for the screen,there is no option to change it than reinstalling the game?

No unfortunately there isnt anything in the Options/Settings menu that does what you want it to do. Its all set up in the installation process
