I am very sorry to hear that you have lost some houses you purchased.
The best thing to do would be to write a ticket to support so they can investigate this issue and figure out what happened. You can find their website here: https://support.ankama.com/hc/en-us
As Angelsnow said, try and include as many details as possible regarding the account and purchase so support can help you to the best of their abilities.
Thank you for your understanding!
If you bought it before the TalKasha server merge on Tuesday, October 11 2022 the house* should also still be in the same spot - it may just have a much larger list of owners than before**.
If you bought the house before the Bonta/Brakmar update on Tuesday, 7 Demeber 2021 you should still have your house* just in a new map co-ordinates with a larger list of owners than before**
*including all items in House chests.
** each owner has a "instance" of the house so they can only access their own house/or if it is also owned by the guild they are a member of and it is set to "can be used by guild members" then you would be able to access your own house and the house belonging to your guild.
If you bought the house a few days ago and it appears you no longer own it then you'll have to contact Support, give then the approximate date (if you dont know the exact date) you purchased the house, the house map co-ordinates and also the information of the character and account used to purchase the house.
And I am very happy that there has been a rekindle into the competitive side of dofus. I think that is important and helps get people outside the game interested.
Even though I am not a pvp player, pvp is a huge part of the game for many players.
Though I cant say I'm excited for shop updates, retro pushing and other bs that will inevitably happen to hold the dropping revenue this year. Oh well, can't have the pie and eat it too.
Excited for 2024!
One question I have concerning Incarnations. Over the course of my time playing dofus, I've managed to collect almost all of them, and now I generally tend to use them to prevent characters gaining xp when I want to keep them at a specific level (for example, I have a bunch of level 140 or so characters I use for friendly pvp games with friends, who I also do daily almanax with). If incarnations in their current form do go away, I'd love to see some new mechanic to allow me to reduce my xp gain by 100% for a character, even 99% with 90% to guild and 90% to a mount is not really suitable after a year or 2 of almanax, since characters just keep getting xp.
The mention was made during the 2022 Krosmonote. You can find a summary here.
As shared in this article, we plan to share more information about this in a future devblog!
Thank you for your patience.
I was just wondering a few marshmellowyellowbellowish thinngies, like:
A ) why Sir Tot aint hasn't posted in his famous blog for quite sometime, since June 23, 2022, to be more precise, and how come latest news on Dofus on there is from October 6, 2019; is he still passionate about Dofus? or did he took his hand of it, like we say here, and delegated the responsabilities/ creation/ programming/ designing/ etc to a team and he aint into it anymore?
.
.
.
B ) will Unity mean a reset to lev 1 to our characters/ professions/ banks/ etc, or nu? could we get a promise that it will not? or naaa?
.
Or do you mean after the port to Unity?
Either way, private paddocks are still where they were before the server merges, and will likely remain in the same spots after the port to Unity, there are just more instances per paddock, same as houses.
(although "private" meaning only a Guild Owner/Leader can purchase paddocks, there has been no mention in any of the Krosmonotes or Devblogs etc of plans to allow non-Guild Owner/Leaders being able to buy private paddocks, and public paddocks can be used by all that are subscribed)
So a paddock that may have only had 3 owners before the merge may now have 9 owners. But you will only ever be able to access your paddock instance, but only if your Guild gives you permission rights you to use them.
