All my characters are gone / inaccessible ?

Quit in February 2020 after an argument with Support, decided to come back and see how the games changed. Can't find my characters anywhere. I used to play on Oto-Mustam and Pandora before my break, both servers seem to be gone. I can access Tal Kasha and Shadow but these are just low lvls and not my lvl 200s. Did the servers get deleted?

I invite you to create your own thread with your Orukam login issue as it will be easier for us to track the problem and assist you with it this way (and it seems unrelated to the original problem on this thread).

EDIT CM: Please excuse my message above as it is indeed a mistake on my part, the issue seems related after all! As Fiora said, if you have an error message when trying to connect to Orukam, can you let us know what the error is so we can help you?

Pandora server was merged with Meriana on 25 October 2022 to become Orukam. See = earth

Oto-Mustam was shut down, along with Thanatena, 21st September 2021

Thanks Angelsnow. I can't connect to Orukam it gives me an error. Interesting to see the news about Oto-Mustam. It's a shame but understandable.

There account only has a tal'kasha account. I think they are using an account that is not impacted by the issue.

Well it stands to reason that there would only be a TalKasha character on his profile, if he cant access Orukam no character would be shown for that server because he hasnt accessed that server with their account yet.
I had a character on Ily and another on Jahash before the merge, but it doesnt show that I have any characters on Draconiros in my profile, because I havent logged those characters after the server merge.

One of the reason so many people freaked out about having no characters on their accounts before accessing the new servers, it'll only log/show them once you actively log in to access that server.

This is a bit underwhelming but I didn't play the game again until today and when I logged in I had to log into all my accounts again, and now I can access Orukam etc. I've found all of my old characters, thanks a bunch everyone for all of your help! happy

The error I was receiving before was 'server not accessible' for every server except Tal Kasha. I have weird accounts some of which had access to different regions of the game, might have been the cause of the issue.

When I reloaded it today I was put straight into Orukam without being placed on the menu screen
