By the format of the video (with the "static" lines) this may have something to do with the Retro Temporis due to be announced soon (Temporis Retro April - going by the last Retro video of similar format)

[n] this symbol of the 2 lines on top of each other (like an = ), could possibly be what Paglopglop#6633 though was 2 dots on top of each other (like an : ), in their cipher

Aka, you might level a spell by using it, not by leveling up own character/s ?!

All my spells are the same level as my characters, including ones I dont use pensive
