lack of support

im starting to get concerned with the lack of support amakna is offering to players for issues they have, i have been told to be patient and ect which i think i have done but i have an ip issue from 1 of the locations i log my accounts from which i have informed them of, they replied that they are "checking my status". This sounded great when they replied to my ticket at first within 2 hours, but now it has been 1 month and no follow up reply to my issue. is anyone else having these sort of delays in having there support tickets resolved?

Support has more tickets to deal with than you might know. Anyway, aside the issue, what exactly is your IP issue?

i keep getting a account banned for 1month 1 day 1hr message, i understand they have alot of tickets but i sent mine in 1 month ago, they want me to keep paying for subbs in the hope they sort it out in the "when we can" time frame?

That means that your IP was caught in an IP sweep. Did you try cycling your router? If you did, then you could call your ISP and tell them to set up a Static IP for that one station. It might cost more but it might be the best solution to your problem because 99% of the time if your Static IP gets banned, it's your fault. Not sure if you know this or not, but your IP (unless stated to your ISP by you) is a Dynamic range, which means it can change.

my ip address was set as a dynamic ip address at first when i encountered this issue but has now been set back to static and im still having the same message come up.
