Ankama does not offer rewards directly to people who organize tournaments at this time. Tournament organizers are of course welcome to enter their own tournaments and attempt to win the Battler Shield for themselves, should their tournament meet the qualifications. =)

Running Dofus Tournaments: The Battler Shield and You
By #[Izmar] - ADMIN - October 16, 2015, 19:01:15
Do you want to run tournaments? That's great! Ankama wants to help! We can help you by offering the sweet, sweet Battler shield as a prize in the tournament that you're going to run!
However, before you get planning, we have a few requirements!
In order for us to give your tournament winners a Battler Shield, we need the following things.
1. A forum announcement
You must announce your tournament on the forum. And this can't be just any announcement, it must contain the following information.
General information:
- Server
- Schedule (for both registration + fights)
- Streaming information
- Organizers
- Referees
Registration:
- Dates (as well as reminders before the important dates arrive)
- Tournament format (4 vs. 4, 3 vs. 3, etc.)
- Level required
- Maximum of teams (if necessary)
- How to register
Rules:
- Authorized/prohibited items, states, mounts, etc (shields, sweets, multi-accounts, etc.)
- Teams formation (class duplication, pillar classes, etc.)
- Points/ladder system that will be used
- Proceeding of fights (how absences, forfeits, draws, etc. will be handled)
Rewards:
- Rewards offered by the organizers (other than the Battler Shield)
Please do not announce that your tournament will offer Battler Shields as a prize without speaking to [Izmar] or [Nerodos] first.
You may also post your tournament notice on Imps Village or other third-party sites, but only tournaments posted on the Official Forums are eligible for Battler Shields.
2. Streaming coverage
The tournament has to be broadcasted by a streamer on Twitch or YouTube Gaming and must include commentary.
There must be a live stream during the event, a post-event Youtube video does not qualify as streaming for the purposes of meeting the Battler Shield requirements.
3. Tournament mode in game
The organizers must request activation of tournament mode for their event. Contact [Nerodos] via Ankabox or [Izmar] by Twitter to complete this part of the mission. As long as no part of the tournament is abusive, unfair, or otherwise objectionable, we will be happy to help.
4. Minimum of teams
To validate an event as a "tournament," we require a minimum of 8 teams to be registered.
If there are more than 8 and all the other conditions are met: boom! Your overall winners will be able to receive the shield!
If there are less than 8: sorry, we can't give your winners the shield, but we will still be glad to help with the tournament if we can.
Please keep in mind that only the final winners of a tournament like this can win the Battler Shield. It cannot be used as a participation prize. Also, these shields are only for the tournament winners, they cannot be given to the organizers as a prize for organizing a tournament.
And there you go! That's how to run a tournament with a Battler Shield prize! If you are interested or have questions, you can ask them here, or send a message to me, [Izmar] or [Nerodos].
Happy battling!

I'm happy Ankama decided to encourage 'amateur' PVP tournaments. It's a very nice gift to offer to the winners

Im a member from a small community called Dark Vlad, and there is like no interaction on the server atm. It would be very nice to offer my players something like this. Please contact me so i can prepare myself. One more question: what is in it for me? If i arrange all this and offer extra prices, what is my gift to all of this?
