We thank you again for your patience!
We have discussed with the DOFUS team on the various ongoing issues.
Firstly, we're coming back to you on one of the recurring question, and that is the disappearing mounts.
On Tuesday evening, after the deployment of Update 2.67, you have noticed the disappearance of numerous mounts in the paddocks, we quickly decided to deactivate the paddocks in order to limit losses. Concerning this issue, we invite you to contact the Ankama support via a ticket. In this ticket we invite you to mention the impacted character, the server and the type of loss (paddock, equipped mount, mount inventory).
Depending on the request volume, the return of those items will be done during the next maintenance or maintenances. All of the requests will be examined and will be compared to the data in our posession to avoid any abuse.
The teams are redoubling their efforts since Tuesday evening in order to resolve as many problems as possible, which is the reason why we proceeded to a maintenance this morning to apply various fixes (which will be detailed in the maintenance changelog available later), including:
As for the disconnection issues via the paddocks, the teams are on a trail that should not require a maintenance. We will communicate on this subject if our tests are conclusive.
Lastly, even if we usually announce compensations only after the incidents have been resolved, we can already tell you that they will be exceptionally more generous than usual.
We once again present our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your great patience.
The support is receiving your requests, there is no need to reply to the tickets unless asked for further information. With the amount of requests received, the handling of your request could take more time than usual.
During this morning's maintenance, we returned some of the missing mounts from the 2.67 update rollout. The rest of the mounts should be returned during next week's maintenance. We have proceeded in the order of arrival and processing of support tickets.
For players who have lost their certificate mounts, these should be returned this week.
