Old account get it back?

Hi I was wondering if I could have my old account because I forget the account name and the password and I'm back to play Dofus again it been almost 2 years without playing.. Is there anyway how to get it back?

I'm in the same boat as you, but I believe you have to show them a passport, a picture of yourself, and some other things to verify that it is your account before Support can do anything about it. Otherwise, you're out of luck.

I did this not too long ago I may have been gone longer than that, just send drivers licences the first time also had to recover the one character on the account, some reason I deleted him before leaving
