Ankama Shield (Opened in Restricted Mode)

I've had this problem with 3 of my accounts 1 which is now working thanks to support for removing the shield entirely on my account, but the other two still remains. I have already sent a ticket multiple times and have yet to receive a response.
The error message: For security reasons,your account has been opened in restricted mode. Please contact Support for more information.

Every time you send another ticket, you put yourself back at the end of the line. Just send one and wait for them to reply to it.
