The best classes aren't the ones that can tank, but that ones that can keep enough of a distance they wouldn't have to take damage in the first place. Cra and pandawa would pretty much be the easiest solo classes. 

That being said, pretty much every class can do well in solo pvm. Those two are just able to beat harder mobs on their own. Pandawa is probably better due to doing better in smaller maps and having an easier time finding groups, but both are solid.
