Rushu, running dungeons/farm mats

Hello, so 6 months ago I came back to this game then I got scammed ( but it was my fault ) and now I'm back and evertyhing is pretty changed..

I just wanted to ask how to make fast now kamas should I run dungeons or farm mats? D

I'm level 133 elio.
