We highly recommend you contact support for this issue and include a bug report in your message.
To do this, simply go into the game settings, then the "Support tab", and check "Activate generation of bug reports". The last step is to reproduce the bug and then press F11 on your keyboard. This will save a file that you can add to your Support ticket.

This situation has been reported by multiple players previously and this feedback, escalated to the team.
Keep in mind that sometimes, a player has already interacted with the signs before and you need to wait until they can be interacted with again.

In short, we have decided to limit the amount of distributed items. We have noticed a lot of abuse aiming to flood the servers with the items obtained during Osatopia. Because of this kind of abuse, we had no choice but to proceed with manual verifications in order to delete the litigious items, making the reward distribution process more difficult and time consuming.
We wish for the Temporis rewards to be a souvenir, a reflection of your adventure and so we have decided to limit the return of items to an iteration of one Roarped of each kind and two Helnuts per character.
If you are still experiencing issues with your Temporis rewards, don't hesitate to tell us so we can check!

Awaken the mercenary within and set out on EXPEDITIONS to explore the World of Twelve in search of rewards!
A SYSTEM THAT COMPLETELY REINVENTS DUNGEONS
In the spirit of Temporis, but available on classic servers and potentially open to an even larger number of players, the Expeditions system aims to let you play DOFUS with a new twist… and, as an extra incentive, provide you with rewards as you progress.
The concept involves sending players out on Expeditions to (re)discover the World of Twelve.
This campaign is designed to reintroduce you to 20 dungeons at level 180 or above, through two distinct gameplay modes: Daring (for more fun) and Bravery (for greater difficulty).
LOTS OF GREAT REWARDS
No less than 25 rewards await you if you manage to unlock the required number of Expeditions. Even better, these rewards are free: to get them, all you have to do is play!
All free rewards earned through Expeditions are linked to the character for life.
Needless to say, we're well aware that this first version of the Expeditions will surely have room for improvement and your feedback will help us to refine the format for later editions (assuming there are any).

The Mercenary Medal Holder is available:

Buy the Mercenary Medal Holder to unlock the medal and assign it to one of your characters. Careful: Once your choice is made, there's no going back! These tokens can be exchanged in the game with the NPC Tokagecko, near the Astrub Council Tower. They will allow you to collect the rewards of your choice from among the elements of the Tokagecko set, pet and mount!
Remember that participation in Expeditions is completely free.
The Mercenary Medal and the Expedition Badges are just additional offers for those who want to pick them up and maximize the fun!
Put your Haven Bag over your shoulder, brush your dragoturkey's mane and practice reading your compass (which you're holding upside-down, by the way)… The Expeditions system is about to show you the world!
