Is it possible to add guild message of the day and bulletin board for guilds in retro... It's such a nice feature and it would prevent alot of spam like, who is what profession, what's the guilds discord etc...

Yes, they have 90% xp at all time. Towliee and Archer-White have 0% contribution and similar or same level, with ~1-2 wisdom difference and one is gaining 8x XP than other. Which would mean that a level 44 would need 800 more wisdom which is impossible.
