Osatopia is an opportunity to see the World of Twelve through Osamodas's eyes (in other words, with fur everywhere, scratches on the furniture, and so much more). To really get this event purring, we're inviting you to take part in a tournament where players face off in teams alongside their Modsters!

Participation and Registration

Registration for the Four Elements Tournament is done in two-player teams on the website of our partner, KTA:

  • Each participant in the Tournament must have an account on the KTA website.
  • Valid teams must consist of two players of different classes (no doubles).
  • The minimum level is 190.
  • There are no composition restrictions.
  • Each player must play all the matches in the tournament in the class chosen when registering.

The link for registration will be given when registration opens.

You may encounter Ankamians in matches during the Four Elements Tournament. We wish them good luck because we know you won't go easy on them!

How the Tournament Will Take Place

The tournament will be held directly on the game server, in a specifically provided version of the arenas of the cities in the World of Twelve that will soon be made available in the "Goultard Arenas" area that can be accessed at [-6, -12].

It will be divided into two phases as follows:

  • a qualification phase in Swissstyle rounds in four pools, and
  • a final phase with BO3 directelimination brackets composed of two 1v1 matches and one 2v2 match.

During the 2v2 matches (in both the pool phase and the final phase), the two players on each team must not have any doubles of Modsters in their spell decks. Each team will therefore present 12 different Modsters.

Spell or Modster restrictions may be announced before or during the tournament if the organizers feel it is necessary.

Qualification Phase

After registration, the teams will be sorted randomly into one of four pools. Each pool will represent one element: Water, Fire, Air and Earth.

The teams will face off within each pool during eight Swiss-style rounds in 2v2 matches and BO1. At the end of these eight rounds, the top eight teams qualify for the final phase.

Final Phase

The top eight teams from each element pool will be ranked in direct-elimination brackets where they will face off in BO3 during two 1v1 matches and one 2v2 match.

During 1v1 matches:

  • Players will face off based on their tournament registration order (player 1 against player 1, and player 2 against player 2).
  • The matches will be played one after the other so that the players on each team can help each other.

Recording the Results

After each fight, participants will be responsible for filling out the end-of-fight form on the KTA website to indicate which of the two teams won the match. A screenshot of the end-of-fight interface will be required.

Important: Both teams are required to enter the results after each fight, and teams that do not do so or that try to falsify the results may be sanctioned by the referees.
