Osatopia 2: The server merger is on its way! Info - 2023-10-18 15:00

For several weeks now, you've been honing your skills as a trainer and your authority (with stern looks and raised index fingers), thrust into a world where creatures rule the roost. Don't worry – it's not over yet! To ensure that this experience carries on under the best possible conditions, a server merger will take place on Wednesday, October 25:

The merger for all Temporis servers will take a bit longer than a typical weekly maintenance. We'll keep you posted on its progress throughout the day through our forum and our Twitter/X account.
 
The weekly maintenance will take place as usual on Tuesday, October 24 for all servers (including Temporis), and will be independent of the mergers.

Reminder of how server mergers work

The rules will be the same as for other server mergers in the past. However, there could be a few name collisions.

Character Names:

• Characters who are higher than level 50 will be given priority for keeping their nickname.
• If two players have priority for the same nickname, the character with the oldest creation date will get to keep it.
• If no characters have priority for the same nickname, the character with the oldest creation date will get to keep it.
• We'll add a tag to the end of the other characters' nicknames to indicate their original servers. These characters will be able to change their nickname for free via a potion that will be provided (linked to the character for life). They won't have to change the nickname when logging in, and can change it whenever they like.

Guild Names:

• The guild with the oldest creation date gets to keep its name.
• The other guilds will have a tag indicating their original server added to the end of their name. They will be able to change their names for free using a potion given to the leaders (linked to the character for life).

Alliance Names:

• The alliance with the oldest creation date gets to keep its name.
• The other alliances will have a tag indicating their original server added to the end of their name. They will be able to change their names for free using a potion given to the leaders (linked to the character for life).

Alliance Tags:

• The alliance with the oldest creation date gets to keep its tag.
• The other alliances will have a number added to the end of their tag. They will be able to change their tags for free using a potion given to the leaders (linked to the character for life).

Finally, for technical reasons, the character transfer service has been deactivated starting Tuesday, October 17. It will be reactivated once the merger is complete.
