In February, Twelvians see a gray sky, but also rainbows and sunshine! Throughout history, long before Saint Ballotwine, lovers have been smooching on public benches and their inflamed declarations have been accelerating global warming. It's the "fault" of that little rascal, Duf! But let's go back to the dramatic story of Rykke and Helsephine…

The World of Twelve is often seen as hostile and full of dangers… As a place where you risk your life at every street corner. But – just sometimes – love is waiting!

A little too often, people tend to forget that under that set that lets them take blows, even the most hardened warriors have a heart!

For him, however, there is no armor strong enough...

Whether it's one hot night, a flirt, a fling that lasts a few days, love at first sight, or a love story that's as solid as a Iop's skull; Duf is responsible for all the love in the Krosmoz. So let's make the most of the fact that Saint Ballotwine is almost here to go over one of the greatest, most beautiful, and even the saddest of love stories.

The story of Rykke Errel and Helsephine confirms the saying that love stories end badly, in general…

Young, seductive, brave, and from a good family, Rykke was a true role model for all Iops of his generation. The warrior inspired so much respect in even his greatest rival, the terrifying Dragon Bolgrot, that the dragon ended up befriending him.

But one day, the young Twelvian met someone who would go on to irreversibly upset this apparently unwavering friendship.

The beautiful Helsephine was going to be, in spite of herself, the source of a lot of pain...

Proud and happy to introduce his sweetheart to his friend, little did Rykke know that he was about to sign his own death sentence.

In a fit of rage, and probably through jealousy, the dragon killed Helsephine. Mad with grief and rage, Rykke devoted all his time to hunting the creature, until the day he found him… What followed was a fierce fight between the two former best friends.

Although the adventurer defeated Bolgrot, he succumbed to his fatal injuries from the fight nevertheless.

Take away one lesson from this tragic "love triangle": It's best not to upset a dragon! Or simply just to not befriend one...
