Between the Temporis servers and the Infinite Dreams, there's more than enough for a few sleepless nights. But, there's no time to rest and we're staying alert and listening to your feedback! Here are our first decisions and thoughts on the Infinite Dreams.

No Return to 2.49…

Remember, the changes in 2.50 aimed to better regulate resource production (and notably Dream Reflections) by progressively increasing dungeon difficulty. We had kept our starting commitments.

However, monsters' characteristics didn't evolve the way we had predicted.

While we understand the dissatisfaction of players to were taking full advantage of the too small increase in difficulty, we won't be going back to 2.49. The reason is simply because other players were disadvantaged by the system.

 

… But Perhaps a Second Look at Erosion?

However, as certain gameplay styles were disadvantaged compared to others (notably close combat), we are ready to study how to better manage these constraints and rebalance the different gaming styles. We have notably heard the diverse feedback on erosion and are analyzing how interesting changes in this area could be. We are also exploring other levers and we'll keep you posted as soon as possible.

Until then, all our senses are on full alert to improve the Infinite Dreams!
