Kolossium Leagues Devblog - August 16, 2018 - [Briss]
For the 2.48 update, we will introduce the new Kolossium system: leagues.
Revamping Pets Devblog - August 09, 2018 - [Briss]

The pet system is probably one of the oldest still in use, and although it has been modified several times over the years, it's no longer suitable and now needs to be completely overhauled. This will include how pets work (feeding, evolution rate, etc.) as well as their bonuses. To make this devblog simpler to read, we'll primarily be discussing pets, but everything explained here applies to petsmounts as well.

For the next update, we plan to make improvements to all classes in the game. Our goal is to cycle through previous balancing patches in order to provide more variety in choosing spells and creating builds for each class.
The Stubbyobs Devblog - Game Design - May 29, 2018 - [Briss]

Even if you think you've explored every nook and cranny of Frigost, you just might have missed a nation that's been very discreet up until now: the Stubbyobs, represented in this part of the world by the Freezammer clan.

Sacrier Revamp 2.45 Devblog - November 13, 2017 - [Briss]
In this devblog, we'll explore the changes coming to the Sacrier class in Update 2.45.
Spell Variants in 2.45 Devblog - November 10, 2017 - [Briss]
The spell variant project is finally almost done and will be available in the December update. This is a major change for DOFUS as we'll be doubling the number of spells for all classes in the game!
As announced in Gamakna #0, a simplification of high-level content is scheduled for the next update (2.42). The goal is to get this content back in sync with how the game has evolved over the years, and to establish just the right balance of difficulty and accessibility.
Ouginaks 101 Devblog - January 31, 2017 - [Briss]
The new Ouginak class will be available to all players in update 2.40.
Osamodas Redesign Devblog - August 29, 2016 - [Briss]
As previously mentioned in community letter #4, the Osamodas class redesign will be here in September. The biggest change resulting from this redesign is that you’ll now have the option of merging with your summons, but that’s far from being the only improvement!
Eniripsa reworking Devblog - April 04, 2016 - [Briss]

Eniripsa class spells have evolved very little over the years. This is the class in which the attacking panel, made up of just 3 spells, was the weakest. Its main role as healer could justify this operation in part, but we want each class to have interesting and sufficiently diversified offensive capacities. What’s more, certain healing spells were redundant and the Word of Thorn spell has, amongst other things, always had a problem finding its place with the Eniripsa.

So we have reviewed all the spells in the class so as not to impair it: the Eniripsa keeps its healing role and the majority of its spells have kept the same role. However, we wanted to offer more varied healing capacities, in particular thanks to the new spells in the Air and Water route, more interesting support capacities and minor improvements in utility spells.

In the April update, we are adding a new messaging system for players in combat: instant messages.

New Huppermage class Devblog - November 25, 2015 - [Briss]
These are mages who have the art and ability to control the elements. That’s pretty much most of what you know about the new class of Huppermages in DOFUS. But how do they use these elements? How do they combine them? Find out the answers in this Devblog!
Characteristics softcaps for the majority of classes have not changed since the game came out in 2004, and they generally suffer from balancing issues: it’s more worthwhile to invest points in certain characteristics, and other characteristics are neglected because the investment isn’t nearly as profitable. For example, it’s easier for a Feca or an Eniripsa to invest points in Intelligence, while a Iop or Ecaflip would be better off investing in Strength.

Update 2.29 will reveal a new system of managing Critical Hits in the game.

Sadida Revamp Devblog Devblog - February 03, 2015 - [Briss]
The Sadida class spells and gameplay need updating and improvement, despite the changes made to most of its spells two years ago. The class had a lot of trouble finding its place in groups, be it when fighting players or monsters. We put this trouble down to summons that aren’t very resistant, gameplay based a bit too much on these same summons, some spells that are obsolete when used within groups, and some damage spells that aren’t effective enough.
In update 2.27, we’re going to improve the way Smithmagic runes are obtained.

We’re not happy with the current system in which only a small number of different low-level items are used to create runes.

Xelor Devblog Devblog - November 21, 2014 - [Briss]
As promised, after the Feca rework we’ll be revamping the Xelor class, anticipated for the update at the beginning of December.
