The game servers have been updated. Here's a list of the changes made on 07/27/21:
 

Pandamonium:

• The range of Kabaal's Demonic Arms correctly updates after the first turn of control.

Other: 

• Controlled entities' spells now correctly appear when it is their turn.

• Lock from Agility correctly updates when the character gains or loses Agility in combat.
